Victor Wembanyama Admits It Was Personal Tonight With Shai Gilgeous-Alexander

Adam Silver handed Shai his MVP trophy tonight prior to the start of Game 1 with Wemby watching from the bench. He was 3rd in MVP voting. When asked postgame whether tonight was personal because of that, he said, "Yeah, for sure. Everything you just said." It sure did look personal given his 41-24 statline and overzealous demeanor.
