San Antonio can lock in Wembanyama on or after July 6 with a projected five-year, $252M rookie max extension. All-NBA, DPOY and MVP triggers could raise it to $303.3M in 2026-27, but he can’t start at 30% of the cap after awards ineligibility in 2024-25. Houston’s Amen Thompson is another rookie-max candidate. Others include Brandon Miller and Ausar Thompson.

Suns HC Was Trying to Save Devin Booker “From Himself” by Taking Him Out of Spurs Game
Jordan Ott took Booker out the Spurs game at halftime due to some right hip soreness. He was helping Booker "save himself from himself," by preventing him from playing anymore. Ott shared that D-Book wasn't moving great, due to the injury. The Suns lost 121-94, with Booker out halfway through the game and Dillon Brooks not playing at all.

They are the first team to beat the Knicks three times," Ogwumike said. She asserted that Cunningham wanted to make a statement after All-Star break.

Cunningham's established himself as a top 2 guard in the East this season, averaging 25.7 points on 46/34/81 shooting splits. The Knicks tonight lost the rebounding and assists battle as well.

"Definitely is, we're playing multiple styles of basketball," Maxey said. He continued, "I've had a successful year, but I've played three different roles." Maxey stated that the 76ers were in the game, but slowed down in the 4th quarter.
