Vince McMahon Apparently Forgot He Fired Jimmy Wang Yang
“Jimmy, where the hell you’ve been?” McMahon reportedly asked backstage before Yang reminded him, “You fired me.” Yang recalled McMahon reacting with surprise, saying, “What? I did?” before promising to talk later. The former WWE star worked as Japanese henchman Akio from 2003 to 2005 and briefly returned as a producer in 2021.
