Unlike Mike Tomlin, former Bills HC McDermott plans to keep coaching after his firing despite his 9-year-long tenure at Buffalo. Adam Schefter reported McDermott “intends to continue coaching” and “could well emerge as a head coaching candidate” this cycle. Schefter added McDermott told his staff he’s not stepping away.
