Seahawks WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba is being evaluated for a concussion, Adam Schefter tweeted, and he is questionable to return. The injury occurred in the third quarter when Smith-Njigba’s head appeared to make significant contact with the turf after a play. His leg is also being looked at by the medical staff. The Seahawks lead the Patriots 12–0 at the end of the third quarter.
