What Would A'ja Wilson and Caitlin Clark's Salaries Look Like Under New CBA?

WNBA’s new CBA is set to transform pay across the league in 2026. Salary cap jumps from $1.5 million to $7 million, supermax salaries like A'ja's jump from $200,000 to $1.4 million, and max deals to $1.19 million. Veteran minimums now start at $270,000, while adjusted rookie deals, like Clark’s, could go from $78,066 to $530,000 under the new structure.
