In an official announcement, the team confirmed the position remains vacant after several potential candidates did not work out. The Raiders will rely on a "group effort" led by three senior coaches who have extensive experience coaching the position. “Klint Kubiak, Mike McCoy, and Andrew Janocko have all been QB coaches. So Fernando Mendoza will have experience and in his ear,” Mike Garafolo explained.
