Willie Anderson Set to Go for Kidney Transplant, Sister Steps in as Donor

Willie Anderson, a former Bengals OT and Pro Football Hall of Fame finalist, revealed that he was diagnosed with kidney disease in 2016. Anderson added that he is scheduled to undergo a kidney transplant in two weeks, with his sister stepping in as the donor. “It’s gotten significantly worse. That was one of the main reasons I wanted to lose the 60 pounds,” he said.
