WNBA Revise Their Technical And Flagrant Foul Financial Structuring

The new CBA's salary cap increased by nearly 5x ($1.5 million to $7.5 million) while the fouls' values have increased just half of that. In the regular season, techs 1-3= $500. Techs 4-7= $1000 and a warning letter. Tech 8 is a one-game suspension and $1500 fine. Flagrant fouls went up from $200 to $500 now.
