After 37 Seasons of Gene Deckerhoff, Bucs Name New Broadcaster

The Buccaneers have hired Tony Castricone as their new radio play-by-play announcer and team insider, succeeding legendary broadcaster Gene Deckerhoff, who retired after the 2025 season. Deckerhoff spent 37 seasons as the voice of the Buccaneers, becoming one of the most iconic figures in franchise history. Castricone arrives after nine years as the lead broadcaster for University of Washington football and men's basketball.
