Bengals DE Trey Hendrickson Out for Season After Core Muscle Surgery

Hendrickson had a visit with Dr. William Meyers at Philadelphia’s Vincera Institute on Monday to evaluate surgery for what was labeled a hip injury. He then underwent the core muscle procedure this morning, per Ian Rapoport, ending his season. Hendrickson suffered the injury in Week 6 and aggravated it in Week 8. He is expected to recover in roughly six weeks.
