Breaking: Commanders Trade RB Brian Robinson Jr. To The 49ers
The Commanders have traded their last year’s leading rusher to the 49ers for a 2026 sixth-round pick, per Adam Schefter. Robinson, who posted 799 yards and eight TDs in 2024, will now back up Christian McCaffrey in San Francisco. The Commanders will now lean on rookie Jacory Croskey-Merritt to fill the void, who flashed in preseason with a 27-yard touchdown.
