Buxton left Friday’s game against Kansas City in the third inning after crashing face-first into the center-field wall while robbing Carter Jensen. Trainers checked him, and he stayed in long enough to catch Vinnie Pasquantino’s fly ball. Tristan Gray pinch-hit for him in the bottom-half, while Ryan Kreidler moved from left to center as Minnesota continued evaluating the injury afterward.
