Chase Burns Not Pitching in the All-Star Game to Rest Groin Injury

Burns suffered a groin injury in the Reds' 11-5 win over the Phillies on Wednesday. While the injury is not a serious one, the 23-year-old has decided not to pitch in the All-Star Game. “I think it's just smart for me to not get tight again. Work on my recovery and focus on the second half of the season.”
