Jalen Brunson took a wild swipe at Harden, who was wide open and driving towards the rim. Brunson made a lot of contact with Harden's arm, but referees didn't consider it a foul. Miller admitted that he was initially going to say it wasn't a foul. However, after seeing the replay, he exclaimed, "He got raked. Come on now."
