Dan Fiorito Promoted to New York Yankees First Base Coach for 2026

The club elevates the outfield/infield coordinator to replace Chapman and double as an infield coach, finishing Boone’s 2026 staff revamp. In are Druschel and Hirst; out are Harkey and Roessler. He managed Double-A Somerset in 2022 and High-A Hudson Valley in 2021, working with Volpe. A Fordham Prep grad, he played all four infield spots in the system from 2013–16.
