Deion Sanders Still Shocked by Weed Tradition at Colorado Games

Even before marijuana was legalized in Colorado (2012), the student section at Folsom Field had a tradition of smoking up during games. Yet Sanders admits he still hasn’t gotten used to it, even in his 3rd year as the Buffaloes HC: “Weed in the second quarter surprises the heck out of me every game… it’s like a light up quarter.”
