Juan Soto Breaks Mickey Mantle’s Long-Standing Record in Win Over Nationals

In the Mets' 2-1 win over the Nationals, Soto recorded his 100th career stolen base. This made him the quickest player to reach 100+ stolen bases, 200+ home runs, and 900 or more walks. The 4-time All-Star did this in 1131 games, bettering Mickey Mantle, who did it in 1257 games. Soto is batting .299 this season with nine homers.
