Hamilton said after his rare DNF at Zandvoort, saying, “I went up the bank the rear snapped out and I couldn’t recover. It was a bit twitchy.” He admitted it felt “very unusual to not finish a race and go out so early.” This setback couldn't have been worse for struggling Hamilton who wishes to overturn his fortune at Ferrari.
