Mike Macdonald Says He Only Sees His Son 30 Minutes a Week During Season
Seahawks coach Mike Macdonald revealed he sees his son Jack for “maybe a half hour” each week during the season. Macdonald said he now leaves work early on Thursdays to spend time at home. “I don’t get to see Jack throughout the week,” he said, adding that the time spent helps him “get away,” “see things differently,” and “stay fresh.”
