"When he got here he was 383 and 18 percent," Riley said of Shaq's conditioning. Riley gave him a blue card. Shaq lost 60 pounds. "At the end, the eight guys playing in those last four games, there was a little more energy, a little more pop in our step than there was in theirs," Riley added.
