Barker drained the putback layup with the buzzer sounding vs the New York Liberty to beat them 98-96. In her postgame interview, she said, "It’s been an emotional 24 hours. I lost somebody who was important to me yesterday. And so tonight was God’s strength not mine. So just perfect ending." She didn't elaborate on who she lost.
