Shaq Launches Scholarship Program, Says College Can Be for Everyone

Partnering with Campus, Shaq created the Shaq Scholars program to cover tuition for two-year degrees, aiming to ease skepticism about college costs. “College isn’t for everybody,” he said, but hopes to expand access. O’Neal himself has four degrees, including a doctorate in education, reflecting his belief in higher learning despite his Hall of Fame basketball career.
