Team USA Deferring to Stephen Curry in Gold Medal Game Was 'Ultimate Sign of Respect'
Steve Kerr called Curry “a pretty quiet leader, leads by example,” while LeBron was “very vocal” in USA practices. In the gold medal game vs France, Kerr said “the guys all threw the ball to Steph,” even Durant and LeBron. “They did all defer to Steph down the stretch,” Kerr said, and Curry “made like four of them.”
