Ted Cruz, Maria Cantwell Introduce Sweeping College Sports Reform Bill

Cruz and Cantwell introduced bipartisan legislation proposing sweeping college sports reforms, including a one-time transfer limit, five-year athlete eligibility, and a ban on professional players, including international pros, competing in college athletics.
