The Argonauts have added Shilo to their CFL negotiating list, via 3downnation.com. Toronto already holds the rights to his brother, Shedeur. CFL teams may claim up to 45 players’ rights on a first-come basis. While Shedeur remains set in Cleveland, Shilo could consider Canada if waived or left off an NFL practice squad.
