McGrady has been named strategic advisor for Wagner College's men's basketball program, per Shams Charania, overseeing operations, recruiting and NIL efforts alongside his son Laymen, who committed to the team. The Hall of Famer joins John Wall at Howard, Stephen Curry at Davidson and Shaquille O'Neal at Sacramento State among former NBA stars taking college administrative roles.
