Eric Fishman of law firm ArentFox Schiff LLP, who represents SGA sent the following to Underdog: permanently cease and desist from any and all use of Mr. Gilgeous-Alexander’s NIL in any and all media. This is in relation to the 'Unethical Hoops' board game that takes shots at Shai's flopping with Dillon Brooks promoting it for Underdog.
