Unable to put the feeling of the stunned Spurs locker room into words, Wembanyama admitted that the loss hurt him. "It was painful, of course. It feels like we worked too hard to give up our leads. It's as simple as that," Wembanyama said. Despite having a 27-point lead at the half, the Spurs couldn't hold on and win.
