WrestleMania 42 Is Live Now: First Hour Starts on ESPN2 Before App Switch
WrestleMania 42 is underway, with Night 1 opening on ESPN2 at 6 p.m. ET before the broadcast moves to the ESPN app under WWE’s new media deal. The first hour begins with LA Knight, The Usos, and IShowSpeed vs. Austin Theory and Logan Paul. Drew McIntyre vs. Jacob Fatu follows in an unsanctioned match to close the opening block.

Nikki Bella Reveals Surgery Forced Her Out of WrestleMania 42 Tag Match
Bella said she underwent ankle surgery two weeks before WrestleMania 42 after suffering a fracture, tear and sprain on SmackDown. Realizing she would miss the tag title match, she told Brie that Paige was “the only person” who could make it feel special. Paige then replaced Nikki and teamed with Brie to win the women’s tag belts.

A.J. Lee Says WrestleMania 42 Loss to Becky Lynch Was Still Her Favorite
After losing the Women’s Intercontinental title to Lynch, Lee still called WrestleMania 42 her “favorite WrestleMania experience so far” and possibly her “favorite match so far.” With family in attendance, she said her entrance honored fans who supported her from day one. Lee then teased more to come, adding, “This is not goodbye… I’ll see you soon. I hope.”
