NBA and NBC Discussing Adding 1-on-1 or 2-on-2 as NBC Targets All-Star Saturday

NBC Sports Executive Producer Sam Flood said NBC is pitching a Saturday add-on like 1-on-1 or 2-on-2 after another lackluster dunk contest. “On the NBC side, we’re thinking if there’s another element that could be added that would make Saturday even more of a showcase for the players,” he said. USA vs. World averaged 8.8M viewers, peaked 9.8M.
